  1. Sygate was working fine, but all of a sudden I can’t browse the web or send and receive email.

  2. I’m having problems getting ICS to work!

  3. I don’t know how to set the TCP/IP properties on my Client computers when I’m using Sygate.

  4. I’m using a NAT based program (ICS, Sygate, etc.) and can browse the web ok, but can’t send or receive email, or get news from the Client computers 
    (This is a frequent problem for @Home users).

  5. I’m using Sygate 3 and getting “Out of Memory” errors!

  6. I’m having trouble getting FTP to work or receiving files in ICQ.

  7. I’m having trouble getting ICQ to work.

  8. I’m having trouble connecting to my ISP that is using PPPoE.
    (This is a typical problem for Sympatico customers)

  9. I’m an @HOME user  and can’t reach the “http://www/” startup page, or can’t access mail or news, or am having general web browsing problems.

  10. I’m using ICS and Dialpad won’t work.

  11. I’m using ICS and keep getting disconnected from my ISP.

  12. I’m using ICS and would like to disconnect the ICS server from the Internet from a Client machine.

  13. I’m a PacBell DSL subscriber using ICS and can’t connect.
